To practice mortgage loan origination, you will have to be endorsed by NMLS and one of the requirements is taking the 20 hour Safe course followed by passing both the state and national exam.
Both our online and live courses are approved by NMLS and will provide you with all the updates to the Federal laws. Topics covered will include RESPA, TILA, SAFE Act, MDIA, ECOA, and FHA. At the end of the course you will have your 20 credits of Pre-Licensing Education (PE).
